About Daan
Daan brings ten years of research experience in the cultural sector. During this period, he has helped numerous cultural organizations to focus on customer insights, optimize (marketing) strategies, and engage target groups. He now applies this expertise to gain insight into what is happening in cultural organizations in general or on specific themes, such as cybersecurity or AI.
Daan closely follows the potential applications of digital technologies, including AI, for DEN. With his extensive experience on the research side, Daan is involved in research on all topics related to digital transformation, conducted by DEN itself or in collaboration with partners.
