Werktuig PPO helps organizations with their training financing
To start or accelerate digital transformation within your organization, training employees is important. There are various ways to train and guide your employees in digital transformation.
Werktuig PPO helps with a reimbursement of the training costs. You can submit an application on behalf of your organization for funding. You decide which training or educational programs best align with the goals of digital transformation within your organization. This could include setting up an organizational plan, developing or enhancing employees' digital skills, strategic sessions around the issue, or a combination of these.
DEN offers training opportunities for which the Werktuig PPO Digital Transformation funding can be used. With this, you can get up to 80% of the costs reimbursed!
You can use the application for the Digital Strategy & Innovation program in combination with in-company training or various workshops, such as Innovative Working.

How to apply
The reimbursement can be applied for until June 30, 2025. Organizations with an SBI number and at least 3 employees are eligible. You can submit the application on the website of Werktuig PPO Digital Transformation (opens in new tab).
Submitting an application is simple:
- The total application is a program of your organization's wishes focused on digital transformation;
- You can include multiple training courses in the total application;
- A brief explanation of the program with the associated goal is necessary;
- For each training, you specify the intended results and goals;
- You need a quotation from the party/parties where your employees will follow the training
The Digital Transformation budget is available for a program with various training needs aimed at transforming the organization; it is not an individual training budget. Platform ACCT evaluates the application as a total program and determines the reimbursement based on the explanation and goal of the program. After approval based on criteria, Platform ACCT reimburses between 60 and 80% of the costs of the complete program. This reimbursement is therefore not determined per training but per total program.
