The five phases of digital transformation

The Digital Transformation Scan distinguishes five phases, namely:

  2. Learning: your organization is developing skills and gaining knowledge about digitization and new technology
  3. Executing: your organization is capable of implementing digital transformation initiatives
  4. Connecting: you move from isolated initiatives to strategy-driven digital activities
  5. Integrated: your digital ambitions are an integral part of your strategy, with the audience at the center
