During this meet-up, we will discuss these practical and relatable situations. We will share experiences from the sector, discuss potential challenges, and exchange tips that you can immediately apply in your own organization. Together, we will explore questions such as:
- What helps to ensure a digital project runs smoothly?
- How do you handle different working styles within your organization and with an external agency?
- How do you establish clear roles and responsibilities?
- How do you get colleagues on board with a digital project?
As with previous community meet-ups, we will start with a joint lunch, followed by inspiring practical stories from the sector. Afterward, we will break into small groups to discuss experiences, challenges, and tips.
The strength of the DEN Community lies in sharing personal experiences. Therefore, there is plenty of room to bring in your questions and cases.
What do we actually mean by a digital project?
The answer is actually quite simple: as soon as the end product of your project contains a digital element, we are already talking about a digital project. This can be anything. Think, for example, of:
- a new website
- a CRM system
- a digital collection platform
- an app or interactive experience
- a digital exhibition
Digital projects can thus be found everywhere in the cultural sector. However, they often also bring organizational challenges.

About the DEN Community
The DEN Community is for professionals in the cultural sector who work on digital challenges and projects. It is a place where you share knowledge, meet colleagues, and exchange experiences.
In addition to the online platform, we also organize live events, such as these meet-ups, where meeting, learning from each other, and open discussions are central.
